Tonight was a win

Sometimes you have to pick your battle to fight or not. Well we have been battling with our picky eater toddler. Well tonight we had a win. I cooked hamburger helper (yes I know what you are thinking that is not healthy foods to feed your child but as I am tired and did not feel like cooking a big meal and running out of ideas to fix with hamburger meat and just wanted something quick. So please no negative comments of me feeding my daughter hamburger helper) she may have only took like four bites but I will take that as a win as every other time I would fix hamburger helper she would not even try it at all. I think she just ate the noodles out of it and not the meat but  I still  hoping that this is a start to her eating a little more or at least a little more of different kind of foods. I think she should get a little bit of dessert tonight before bed. Hmm wonder what I should give her. It is a hot summer night so I may give her some ice cream. I need to make some homemade ice cream for her to have.

Oh I will have to say this we have been trying to get her to say her name but she will not say her first name at all. She will say her middle name so I guess that is good. She is so cute when she says her middle name. I asked her yesterday if she wanted to be called by her middle name and she said yeah lol. Maybe we will call her that once she gets a little older and can decide on if that is what she wants to be called.

She is just growing up on us so fast. She knows some of her colors and loves having art time with mommy. I love it to. I try to do art time with her everyday. But she does not like finger painting at all. She loves using a paint brush. I love her activity desk we got her for her birthday and it has like a chalkboard to it and she loves using the chalk I got her on it. It is different colors of chalk and she knows which is the blue one, green, yellow, and pink. It is so cute.
