Preschool already
Addison started preschool already. Today was her first day and I have to say it pretty good. When she first got up this morning and we was making our way down stairs she said she did not want to go to school. I told her that she had to go to school. She said I guess not, lol. She just kept saying she did not want to go. I told her that she had to go to school or go to the doctor.
I had everything she needed for school in her backpack and ready to go this morning. After eating a bite of breakfast I got her changed and did her hair and we was off. Once we got a little close to the school she told me that she guess she will go to the doctor instead of school. She is funny. She did woke up with a little runny nose so I gave her some allergy medicine. I checked to make sure she wasn't running a fever before we left and she wasn't.
Once we got to the school and I walked her in she did some crying. I just had to hand her to her teacher and I told Addison that I loved her and I would be back right after nap time to pick her up. And I left her. I did not want to leave her crying but I knew she would stop in no time (which her teacher said that she did. ).
She had a good time. She told me that she had fun but then again every time I asked her a question about school she would say yeah. She is only going three days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We will see how Friday's drop goes and how she does in the next few weeks.
I did not know what I would do with myself while she was at school. I got the grocery shopping done right after dropping her off, then I did my work out, and did some cleaning and watched some tv. But I still had like an hour after watching tv until I was able to pick her up. So I went and walked around a couple of stores. Oh what am I going to do the other days while she is at school.
I will try to keep you updated on how she does thru out the school year.
