preschool life

Addison has been going to preschool for a week.( Well she only goes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. ) The last two days of school she has not cried when I dropped her off. I was not expecting that at all. Like today she walked right into that classroom, took her backpack from me and gave me a kiss bye. I was like what you already doing this. I figured it would be a couple more weeks of dropping her off with her crying and not this soon. But I will take it even though it does make me a little sad, I am glad she is not crying when I drop her off. I have told her that if she is a good girl while in school then we will go get ice cream after I pick her up on Friday (this is for the whole week, now I do give her a little reward on the other days to once we get home. She gets a piece of chocolate but only if she was a good girl and listen to her teacher and did not get into trouble at all. ) Today and Monday she did not take a nap but in some ways I kind of figure that she would not take a naps at school , as because she does not take naps at home. I wish she would though lol.

She has been making friends and I am so glad that she is. I think she already may have one that is like her best friend. Her teacher sent me some photos today and they was holding hands while they practiced a fire drill. None of the other little kids was holding hands but Addison and this little boy (yep a little boy lol ) was holding hands. There was also one photo of them playing on the slide together. I am so glad that she is having so much fun at school and is learning how to play with other little kids and learning the things she needs to learn, like letters (which she pretty much knows all them already) learning shapes and etc.
