 Happy Halloween


We hope that you all are having a wonderful Halloween. So far has been good. We havent done  much for Halloween like we usually do.  We usually do like a bunch of trunk a treats for Halloween but this year nope.  As on Friday Addison she gave some major attitude ( and I mean major ) about leaving a trunk a treat. We was going to do a bunch more over the weekend but since she acted the way she did friday night we only did one more on saturday evening and that was because it was walking distance. If it hadnt been for that we wouldnt have went. But she did do better over the weekend and did start to act right so we will carry to some tonight. Well she said she only wanted to do one because of it being cold. It is a cold Halloween here in Alabama tonight. Hasnt been this cold for Halloween in a good while lol. But it does feel pretty nice. 


This week at school addison has a dress up week for red ribbon week. yesterday was pjs day and today was costume day. She wanted to be a clown this year. I tried so hard to find a costume itself but they all was scary or costed more then $20 to $30 and I just didnt want to spend that much on it. I probably spent about $25 to $35 on the things I got to do  her up a clown costume. I bought the tutu from Walmart, the blue tshirt from walmart (bows she already had)  the spenders and bow tie from amazon. she also has a hat that will light that she will use tonight that i had gotten off of amazon.  She has a pair of leggings on under the tutu but she already had those lol. I also got some of that hair spray color that you can get to do the hair.  but you cannot see that to well at least not in the photo but once she steps in a good light you can see it. The makeup is some that I already have, i just used a green and blue eyeshadow for the eyes, some black eye liner and some cream blush for the nose and cheeks. and also used a red lip gloss for the lips and i think she is just the cutest clown that i have ever seen. Dont know how we will top this one next year lol

 Sorry that it has been like 2 years since I have made a post.  I think I left off with a update of Addison fixing her first year of preschool. She did a half of a year of preschool after that (2019/2020) but Dec 2019 we had to pull her out of preschool because of not being able to afford it much as we had to get a new car. yeah starting like maybe the summer of 2019 we started having car problems after car problems. We was head down to New Orleans back in the summer of 2019 our car at the time started messing up on us. First it just needed the freon for the air in the car, then like maybe few weeks later the coolant started to stay low. We get back home with it and spend like I think about $400 to $500 one on getting it fixed. It was doing good for awhile and then our other car started having problems at that time we was like okay we just going to trade it off for a truck (we had been thinking about doing that anyways but we was trying to wait a little bit longer lol.) Surprised at how long it took my daughter to learn to ride a tricycle

I am surprised at how long it took my daughter to learn to ride her tricycle that she got for Christmas. I think she learnt to go backwards with not to long after getting it. But the going forward she had it learnt like two to three weeks after Christmas. And here it is Feb and she has it down packed. Well, at least in the house she does. She still doesnt want to paddle it out side yet. but I know she will get the hang of it soon. Plus we havent been able to spend to much time outside as it has either been too cold or wet from rain or snow one. I will be so glad when it warms up and stops raining for a little bit so that way she can go outside and enjoy playing out there.

It has been a while hasnt it

 I know it has been a good while since I have posted on this blog. Well on any blog lol. Things are going good. We took the time to grieve (well we are still grieving and always will be.) Some days are better then other days. Some days are on the bad side. Addison has had more bad days with her grief her lately. I know she is going through alot and it does make her miss her baby sister (Olivia Rose). but we are getting through it as a family. We always make sure that she knows that we will always be here for her anytime she needs us. She can cry and miss her sister anytime she needs or wants to and we will be here for the hugs when she wants them.  We do miss Olivia Rose daily. There is not a day that doesnt go by that we do not think about her. She is our little angel in heaven. We have decided that since every year (since 2021) we get a ornament to hang on the tree for Olivia Rose, that we get a christmas tree that will be Olivia Rose's memorial christmas tree.
